Clean would like to thank you for selecting us to assist you with your home
management needs.
Scheduling:
All appointments are secured on a first come, first pay basis. To secure a service date all clients are required to complete a Client Consultation and the full service payment has been received by 1st Green Clean. Appointment times change often, service times fill quickly so feel free to schedule multiple service appointments and schedule for future dates.
Payment:
All Consultation fees are conducted through PayPal only. Clients can pay for services with a credit card at the time of Consultation for a service charge of 4% or via PayPal, all services are prepaid. All payments, fees and fuel surcharges are nonrefundable.
Cancellations:
Only one reschedule or cancellation per client. We require 48 hours for all cancellations and rescheduling, anything less forfeits your service fee and no refund or credit will be given. If service professionals are unable to provide service do to lack of entry, services will be cancelled; no refund or credit will be issued. Voicemails and emails left after business hours is not considered sufficient notice.
Appointment Day:
Client agrees to be at the location thirty (30) minutes prior to scheduled service time to allow entry to facility in case of early arrival. Service provider(s) will wait only 10 minutes to begin the service appointment. Service team will not stay longer then pre-scheduled time or perform services that are not on the Client’s Information Form prepared at the time of Consultation.
*** Misrepresentation of the condition of your home will result in the immediate cancelling of your appointment, with no refund or credit and no future services will be available. ***
For Voucher Holders:
At this time 1st Green Clean no longer participates in voucher programs. Please contact your company of purchase for more information.
